ESA Transformer provides a cost-effective solution, because only one licence is required per MFP, eliminating the need for costly desktop packages where licences are required for each user.

Ultimate convenience

• New ESA TransFormer Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engine uses frames, instead of text boxes, to maintain document layout in Microsoft Word—this means that text can now be manipulated across an entire document; and
• ESA TransFormer sends an error notification email (where applicable) to the user’s email address and a predefined email address.

Easy to use

• ESA TransFormer is now compatible with both 32–bit and 64–bit operating systems;
• ESA TransFormer now supports delivery to multiple email and folder destinations by giving users the ability to select multiple profiles;
• ESA TransFormer reads the MFP’s address book and synchronises it with its own address book by creating profiles in the ESA TransFormer address book.
